Mindfulness covers many different areas of our emotional wellbeing, it helps you to reconnect your body with the sensations that you experience. Does this make sense? Well what it means is you have got so used to living you have forgotten what it feels like to live in the moment. We are too busy trying to make ourselves happy by ticking everything off our bucket lists and so the simple joyful things of life go unnoticed.

Mindfulness is about becoming aware of the present moment which can help us to enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better.

I’ve heard of Mindfulness but I can’t make it work for me

There are so many self help books on the subject as well as guidance from the NHS but nothing out there really helps you to put it into practice so that is where I can help you. On each session I will take you through a mindfulness exercise, discuss what your issues are and talk you through the best way forward. Talking is a wonderful therapy which I love to do! The sessions normally last around 45 mins but I don’t time them so if it takes a little longer so be it as it will be worth going the extra mile to improve your wellbeing.

The session is always done on a one to one basis either in person or via Whatsapp, FaceTime or Telephone.
